Phyllis Barber-Smith

Phyllis Barber-Smith is responsible for the firm’s office administration and provides paralegal support in all phases of case development, strategy and management.  She works directly with the firm’s attorneys, consultants and experts on upcoming and current cases, on fact-finding projects and utilizing a variety of research resources.  Phyllis is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Pierce LLC overseeing office management, procedures, information technology.
