Alternative Fee Arrangements

 We understand and appreciate that clients are not all the same and our fee arrangements reflect this. We take a flexible and creative approach to fee arrangements for our legal services, reflecting the diverse needs and goals of our clients.

We know our clients want concrete results, savings in terms of time and money, and initiatives that minimize risk, provide predictable budgets and maximize opportunities. We are keenly aware that without a reasonable fee arrangement good results are not much of a win. Clients want value as well as results.

We have developed alternative fee arrangements based on a combination of reduced rates, capped fees, fixed fees and hybrid arrangements with contingency and success fee components. At the beginning of every matter, we discuss the scope of our engagement with in-house counsel. We analyze each individual case with the client to determine the best fee arrangement for that specific case. Sometimes the fee arrangement will change during the course of a case. We offer that flexibility if the case warrants.
